Cyclone Clare Bears Down on WA Coast

Coastal communities along the northwest of WA are preparing for a severe cyclone to make landfall later this evening. The Dampier harbormaster has cleared the port sending all vessels seaward out of the path of the dangerous storm. Clare is expected to be a Category 4 cyclone when it hits the Pilbara coast. Clare will begin to affect Perth weather on Wednesday.
